GRIT International Inc. Announces the Successful Review & Due Diligence Process Has Been Completed on the Placement of a 5.0 Million Dollar Equity Line of Credit

GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB--(Marketwire - June 8, 2009) - GRIT International Inc. ("GRIT") (FRANKFURT: 3GR1) (PINKSHEETS: GRIG) announces today that beyond the strategic review process due diligence has been completed on the placement of a 5.0 Million Dollar Equity Line of Credit. This will embark GRIT on its journey forward in becoming a consolidator of Abrasives Blasting and the Application of Painting/Coatings for the Oil and Gas Industry.

In these difficult financial times, GRIT has been diligently focused on seeking out its objective outline. Steps taken to achieve capital objectives have been widened in comparison to objectives (steps) from six (6) months ago. GRIT has been focused on providing to its stakeholders with an Assurance Plan.
