Groundstar Resources Limited ("Groundstar" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:GSA) is pleased to announce that the Company's application to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") for the trading suspension of the common shares of the Company to be revoked and shares reinstated for trading has been approved. As a result, the common shares will resume trading on the facilities of the TSXV as of the opening of trading on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 under the ticker symbol "GSA".
