Group GDG Environment Completes Another Step for the Realization of the Compromise

TROIS-RIVIÈRES, QUÉBEC--(Marketwire - Jan. 28, 2011) - Group GDG Environment Ltd (« GDG » or the « Company ») (TSX VENTURE:GDG), announces that on January 25, 2011, it obtained the sanction of the compromise presented to its shareholders under section 49 of the Compagnies Act (Québec) from the Superior Court of Quebec in the district of Trois-Rivières. As a consequence, GDG filed, today, the necessary documents for the voluntary delisting of its common share from the TSX Venture Exchange and will subsequently file the articles of amendment implementing the consolidation of the shares.

The GDG's shareholders are invited to send the share certificates in their possession as well as the letter of transmittal delivered with the Company Circular to the transfer agent or to communicate with a representative of the Company in order to obtain the letter of transmittal permitting the exchange of the share certificates and, if need be, their payment.
