Growth Accelerates for FargoTube Entertainment Platform

Videos & Music Flood Onto Dynamic Fan Sites, Triggering Growth Milestone

ALPHARETTA, GA--(Marketwire - May 3, 2011) - F3 Technologies, Inc., (PINKSHEETS: FTCH) announced today that growth of artists, content, and subscribers on is skyrocketing as more and more artists upload their creative works and customize their presence on the entertainment platform.

FargoTube's partnerships with Eddie's Attic and Ditto Music have helped to accelerate its growth since March, and newer partners Gig Launch and Music2Q are expected to add to the increasing adoption rate of indie artists as the platforms establish more integration points.

More than 650 digital content owners have uploaded their works to FargoTube. They include an Atlanta-area music venue, a New York dance instructor, a Hollywood motivational guru, and hundreds of musiciansfromaroundtheworld.

Coles Whalen, a country musician based in Denver and Nashville, said FargoTube's versatility led her to have her web site built on it.

"FargoTube is the first site I've been associated with where I can sell all of my stuff from the same spot," said Whalen, one of the first artists to join FargoTube after its launch last year, "and we've never had a platform where we could rent or sell a video. We're so happy to have that now."

Fans are flocking to FargoTube to see and hear the growing variety of artists with an expanding selection of streaming videos and music, downloadable MP3 tracks, and exclusive backstage videos. Recently loaded videos drew hundreds and, in two cases, thousands of views within the first few days. Artists will enjoy even higher numbers of views as FargoTube continues to grow more popular; it hit the 1,000-subscriber mark yesterday.

FargoTube is a unique digital marketplace that fosters interaction between fans and artists, something that has been lost in the faceless transaction of today's online store. Its interactive set-up empowers artists like Whalen to sell their videos and music in a personalized setting.

Artists can customize their FargoTube presence subtly or extensively. They can take advantage of F3's own design expertise forprofessionalcustomdesign. FargoTube can even serve as the foundation for a profitable customized website, like Whalen's, with from-the-ground-up design, branding and tools.

Fargo Tube gives content owners a wide range of options for creating revenue. Artists can upload their tracks for sale without paying a cent, and reap 70 percent of the resulting revenue, a rate that's highly competitive in the industry.

Artists can even allow fans to sell their own concert videos and split the resulting revenue. Whalen plans to make and post a video diary in segments while touring in support of her sixth album, to be released later this year through FargoTube and other outlets.

"With a unique niche in the multi-billion digital media industry, FargoTube is positioned to draw tens of thousands of artists and millions of subscribers," said F3 Technologies CEO Frank Connor, FargoTube's creator. "These first 650 tubes and 1,000 subscribers represent thrilling progress toward fulfilling that potential. They also represent our passion and efforts, and the foresight of artists like Coles who are embracing music's future."

FargoTube ( is an online distribution and social-networking platform that's free to musicians, record labels, filmmakers and other content owners, allowing them to upload their music and videos, build a fan site, sell merchandise and connect with their fans through a central service.
