GSA Seeks Office Space in Glasgow, MT


GLASGOW, MT--(Marketwired - May 10, 2017) - The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) on May 10 released a sources sought notice in which it identified plans to lease between 1,400 and 1,800 square feet of office space in Glasgow, Montana.

The GSA, in its sources sought notice, announced plans to lease the space for between five and 10 years, and further outlined the types of spaces it will consider:

  • Space must be Class A office space
  • Space cannot be near bars, nightclubs, liquor stores, dry cleaners, beauty salons, bingo parlors, or other business that produce large fluctuations in traffic or smells detectable within the office space
  • Space must be within one mile of restaurants and shopping
  • Space must be within two blocks of public transportation
  • Space must be ADA and ABAAS compliant
  • Space must comply with RLP 17-REG08 and must meet federal government, state, and local jurisdiction requirements, including requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, and seismic, energy, and sustainability standards

The GSA also expects the contractor who leases it the space to provide full service.

Interested parties must go to https://aaap.gsa.gov, select the "Register to Offer Space" link, and follow the instructions to register. The site includes instructional guides and video tutorials on its homepage and in the "HELP" tab.

Interested parties can submit offers from the 1st through the 7th of each month, ending at 11:59 p.m. EST. Interested parties cannot submit offers during the closed period (8th through the end of each month).

The GSA will award the lease to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations.

The contractor who receives this contract must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database and have as part of the Registration all current Representations and Certifications.
