GSX Now Monitors Mail Routing for Any Version of Microsoft Exchange From 2007 to Office 365

New GSX Monitor & Analyzer Keeps All Your Messaging Migration Under Control, Managing Availability and Performance Whether on Premise or in the Cloud

ORCHARD PARK, NY--(Marketwired - Sep 17, 2013) -  GSX Solutions [www.gsx.com], the global leader in proactive, consolidated monitoring and reporting of enterprise collaboration environments, including Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES), and IBM Notes, today announced the release of GSX Monitor & Analyzer v10.6 with the ability to track mail availability and performance across hybrid environments, including Exchange 2007 to 2013, Microsoft 365, and IBM Domino.

The new GSX Monitor & Analyzer feature enables administrators to:

  • Track availability and performance during migrations from earlier versions of Exchange, from Exchange to Office 365, or Domino to Exchange, etc.
  • Compare cloud vs. on-premise performance.
  • Compare internal vs. external routing, with or without attachments.
  • Check for problems with Exchange online in hybrid cloud environments.
  • Check availability and performance of links to BlackBerry environments.

"Cloud is everywhere and our mission is to support our customers with tools that reduce the risk of a migration, giving them a control of what's happening in their environment, even if hosted in the public cloud," said Antoine Leboyer, CEO of GSX Solutions. "The monitoring of mail routing is key to manage hybrid environments and initiating communications to Exchange 2013 and Office 365."

Also released today are enhanced GSX Management Pack for SCOM. New features include:

  • When GSX sends a "back-up" alert, the alert will be automatically closed in SCOM dashboard. Administrators no longer need to check manually, and all alerts visible are always relevant. Alerts are now better sorted in the dashboard, depending on their level of importance (information, warning and critical).
  • GSX is now seen and managed directly from the SCOM "Active Alert View," together with other SCOM alerts.
  • Administrators receive only the alerts that matter to their messaging environments.
  • Misleading alerts for uses with multiple mobile devices are prevented.

The latest GSX Monitor & Analyzer is available for immediate download at support.gsx.com. A free 30-day trial version is also available for download, unlimited users on 15 servers supported.
