GUESS, Billabong, Cutter & Buck Speaking at Apparel Tech Conference West

California Fashion Association's Ilse Metchek to Deliver Keynote at March 23 Event

COLUMBIA, SC--(Marketwire - March 18, 2010) -  Executives from GUESS, Billabong and Cutter & Buck are among the speakers who will be discussing technology strategies and success at Apparel Magazine's upcoming Apparel Tech West on March 23 in Los Angeles. 

The third annual event, designed for apparel brands, manufacturers and retailers, is hosted at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM), 919 South Grand Avenue, and will run from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The conference includes eight educational sessions focused on technology case studies and a keynote on "2010's Hot Button Issues," presented by Ilse Metchek, president of the California Fashion Association. The latter will cover such issues as finance, design piracy, CPSIA and more. 

Also featured are technology exhibits from leading solution providers including Apparel Business Systems, Centric Software, Dassault, Gerber Technology, Lawson, Lectra, NGC (New Generation Computing), NovaQuest, PTC, [TC]2 and Xterprise.

Additionally, Apparel Magazine will honor its five Sustainability All-Stars at the event.
