Guess Selects the TradeCard Platform and SourceView Suite to Optimize Global Trade

Automation and Standardization of Processes Will Improve Productivity and Free Up Working Capital

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - July 10, 2007) - TradeCard Inc., the leading provider of global trade solutions for financial and physical supply chain automation, has announced that leading global brand and retailer Guess has signed with TradeCard to implement the TradeCard Platform and SourceView™ visibility suite for deductions management, goods receipt and supply chain scorecarding. TradeCard will help Guess optimize global sourcing and improve margins by automating processes from purchase order through payment. SourceView will enable Guess to extend supply chain visibility and standardize goods receipt and deductions management processes.

"TradeCard will allow us to remove paper from our finance and sourcing operations and automate processes to extend control of products as they move from factories to the store shelf," said Mike Relich, CIO at Guess. "The TradeCard Platform and SourceView suite will standardize our domestic and international sourcing operation and allow us to make strategic sourcing decisions based on accurate supply chain performance data."

TradeCard will enable Guess to better manage direct sourcing through its Hong Kong office and optimize its supplier base.

"Improved visibility and automation will enable Guess to improve margins through better control of the flow of goods and money along the supply chain," said Kurt Cavano, CEO of TradeCard, Inc. "Guess is taking a major step toward the next evolution of extended supply chain management. They're combining an on-demand global trade platform, online financial services, and supply chain scorecarding and deductions management applications to establish a control room with a clear view of physical and financial aspects of the supply chain.
