GuestLogix Signs 5-Year Agreement With Pan-American Carriers, InselAir and InselAir Aruba, to Enable Omni Channel Retailing

Company to Deploy its Leading Solutions to Support Retailing Across Onboard and Off Board Touchpoints

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sept. 11, 2014) - GuestLogix Inc. (TSX:GXI), the leading global provider of ancillary-focused merchandising, payment and business intelligence technology to airlines and the passenger travel industry, today announced a 5-year agreement to deploy its retail platform and handheld POS devices across Curacao's flag carrier, InselAir, and Aruba-based carrier, InselAir Aruba. The Company's solutions will be implemented to support the fleet-wide retailing of food and beverage onboard InselAir and InselAir Aruba as well as to transact seat upgrades and baggage fees off board in airport terminals. GuestLogix' Global Payment Gateway™ will also be leveraged to provide enhanced revenue protection via advanced fraud reduction tactics. With this agreement, GuestLogix expands its Americas footprint and successfully grows its presence in Latin America, which is an area of focus for the Company in 2014.

Curacao's flag carrier commenced operations in 2006 and has since expanded its route network to serve 19 destinations throughout the Caribbean, South America and North America. InselAir Aruba launched in 2013 to provide greater connectivity and more travel options throughout the region. GuestLogix will support the launch of InselAir and InselAir Aruba's omni-channel retail programs, which will initially include the onboard sale of food and beverage as well as the off board sale of seat upgrades and baggage fee transactions at the airport. The Company's Global Payment Gateway will also be implemented to further improve InselAir and InselAir Aruba's ancillary revenue potential.
