GuestLogix and SuperShuttle International Sign Agreement to Offer Onboard Booking for Shuttle Service

Partnership Creates Opportunity for Airlines to Sell Ground Transfers to In-Flight Passengers

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 24, 2011) - GuestLogix, Inc. (TSX:GXI), the leading provider of onboard store technology, and SuperShuttle International Inc., America's leading shared-ride airport shuttle service, announced today an agreement to sell SuperShuttle rides through GuestLogix' OnTouch® Ground Connections. The ability to complete this transaction onboard, not in the booking path or post-flight, distinguishes the GuestLogix/SuperShuttle partnership for airline passengers who want to book ground transportation at 35,000ft.

"Ground transportation is something travelers have asked for from in-flight shopping and a natural extension of the (air) travel experience" said Tom Douramakos, President and CEO, GuestLogix. "We are the only onboard retailer to offer SuperShuttle passengers in flight. This creates a unique opportunity for an airline to provide a valuable service to customers and generate ancillary revenue from a significant portion of the sizable ground transportation market."

SuperShuttle airport transfers will be available for purchase through OnTouch Ground Connections, providing passengers with a convenient and time-saving way to arrange a ride to their destination from the comfort of their seat on the plane. The ground transportation sector generates an estimated US$120 billion globally in annual sales, with airlines supplying the majority of those passenger transactions; airlines can now tap into those sales through the GuestLogix SuperShuttle offering.

"While travelers book accommodations in advance, most don't plan their transfers in advance. Now passengers can make onboard shuttle reservations and walk off the plane with complete confidence they will have a ride to their hotel," said Ken Testani, Senior Vice President Global Marketing and Partnerships, SuperShuttle International. "Combining GuestLogix's onboard retail platform with SuperShuttle's extensive network of shared-ride van service creates a great new opportunity in customer convenience and revenue generation for airlines."

SuperShuttle provides door-to-door ground transportation to more than 8 million passengers annually to and from 35 airports around North America. To date, the GuestLogix' technology supports the onboard stores of 11 of the largest global airlines and is under contract to serve more than 40% of the world's airline traffic.
