GuestMetrics Enters Agreement With Leading Media Firm Questex Media Group

(PINKSHEETS: GESM) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a strategic agreement with Questex Media Group, Inc., a leading media company headquartered in Newton, MA. The agreement provides for GuestMetrics to supply data and analysis services to Questex for use in one of their popular trade magazines, "Nightclub & Bar Magazine," which is the premier source of ideas, strategies, news and coverage for the on-premise alcohol beverage industry, including bars, clubs and restaurants. This move is the second agreement formed by GuestMetrics in the past two months. GuestMetrics also has a broader strategic partnership with Technomic, Inc., the leading away-from-home research consultancy, which allows Technomic to develop detailed analytics and reports using GuestMetrics data.

The data provided by GuestMetrics to Questex will include topline casual and fine dining, plus overall restaurant channel beverage alcohol activity, including annual trend comparisons of in store sales by sprits, wine and beer. Questex will provide GuestMetrics with various venues to promote their analytical software products and services, including joint participation in shows and conferences as well as speaking engagements at their trade shows.
