VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Dec. 27, 2013) - GVIC Communications Corp. (TSX:GCT) ("GVIC" or the "Company") announced today that it has sold its Millar Avenue property in Saskatoon, SK, for $8.2 million and entered into a long term lease arrangement for the property with the new owners. The sale was completed as part of the Company's value enhancement initiatives and the proceeds will be utilized to pay down long term debt.
