H & H Imports to Change Name to As Seen On TV, Inc.

Decision Reflects Significance of Portal; Part of Rebranding Strategy to More Accurately Reflect Business Focus

CLEARWATER, FL--(Marketwire - Aug 2, 2011) - H & H Imports, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HNHI) today announced that holders of a majority of its outstanding capital stock have approved by written consent a proposal to change the company's name to As Seen On TV, Inc. Subject to the filing of an information statement and notice to its shareholders, the company anticipates the name change being completed prior to the end of September, 2011.

"Our strategic decision to change our name signifies the broader changes taking place at the Company," said Founder and Chairman Kevin Harrington.
