H2O Innovation: Professional Water Technologies Receives NSF Standard 60 Certification From the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF)

VISTA, CALIFORNIA--(Marketwire - July 13, 2010) - H2O Innovation Inc. ("H2O Innovation" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:HEO)(ALTERNEXT:MNEMO:ALHEO), a complete water treatment solutions company providing custom designed water treatment systems along with operating and maintenance solutions, announces that its California business unit Professional Water Technologies ("PWT") has received NSF/ANSI Standard 60 Certification from the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) for ten of its primary products.

"Although PWT has enjoyed ANSI/NSF Standard 60 Certification from Underwriters Laboratories for ten years, having our certification from NSF specifically was desirable for a certain segment of our customer base. NSF Certification could lead to exciting new opportunities for PWT, in both the municipal drinking water and industrial markets, notably in the food and beverage industry", says Stephen Dunham, PWT's founder and Vice-President of After-Market Consumables of H2O Innovation. "We listened to the market and are proud to have secured our NSF certification for PWT's flagship antiscalants and membrane cleaners: SpectraGuard, SpectraGuard SC, Titan ASD 200, Titan ASD 200 SC, Lavasol I, Lavasol II, Lavasol V, OptiClean A, OptiClean B, and OptiClean S."

NSF/ANSI Standard 60 Certification is required for chemicals that are applied in drinking water systems. Certification is only attained after the additive has passed a battery of tests to ensure its compliance with safety standards as described by NSF.
