Habeas Extends Reach of Email Reputation Services

Expanded Offering Gives Competitive Advantage to Partners and Improves Overall Email Delivery for a Broader Segment of Emailers

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 24, 2007 -- Habeas, Inc. (www.habeas.com), the industry leader in email reputation services, today unveiled an expanded partner service offering which lets businesses that send email on behalf of other organizations improve email delivery and enhance the value of the services they provide. Now Habeas partners, including Email Service Providers, Independent Software Vendors and Infrastructure Suppliers, can customize advanced email reputation management tools, incorporate email performance data into their own applications and monitor their entire email sending environments. In addition, partners can extend and resell Habeas' industry-leading reputation services to the newsletter publishers, ecommerce merchants, online marketers and agency partners they serve. Using the new sender management tools, partners can create and grant access to the Email Monitor portal for any of their customers. Or they can use data from DSS to provide Habeas services through their own application, portal or reporting system.

The new offering includes partner administration enhancements to Habeas Email Monitor, the easy-to-use Web-based portal that provides a single source for ongoing intelligence on inbox delivery, ISP complaint feedback, blacklist status, and compliance to Habeas' SafeList standards.

Using these features, partners have all the tools they need to create and manage their customers within the Email Monitor system in a way that models how they do business. This includes support for:

--  Two-tiered partnerships so that partners may offer the same services
    to their partners
--  Support for segregating the performance of multiple organizations
    sharing a single IP
    
The new offering is also supported by the Data Subscription Service (DSS) API, which offers customizable, XML-based query access to the entire suite of Habeas services. Using DSS, partners can customize queries on reputation, content, rendering, feedback and delivery -- and then incorporate that data into their own applications, monitoring systems or dashboards.

Using the combination of new features, partners have a range of possibilities to improve and expand their service offerings: they can take advantage of Habeas' reputation services to internally manage and monitor their email reputation and performance, they can create and grant access to the Email Monitor portal for any of their customers. Or they can use data from DSS to provide Habeas services their own applications, portals or reporting systems.
