Halcyon Condominium to Launch Sales in July

S. Russell Groves Designs Interiors & Over 10,000 sq. ft. of Amenity Space

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Jun 27, 2013) - Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group announced that sales will launch in July for Halcyon (, a 32-story residential condominium under development by HFZ Capital Group and its equity partner, CIM Group, at 305 East 51st Street in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. The off-site Sales & Design Center is situated nearby on the 27th floor of 885 Third Avenue (The Lipstick Building).

Halcyon will feature 123 one to four bedroom luxury condominium residences, including two duplex penthouses with large private terraces, and over 10,000 sq. ft. of outstanding amenities. Initial pricing will range from approximately $1.3 million to above $10 million. In line with his firm's fresh, modern aesthetic, Groves planned a world of casual glamour at Halcyon by using sophisticated materials and luxurious finishes such as walnut paneling, travertine flooring, and brushed bronze accents punctuated with bright colorful details. "Our intention was to create a sense of coming home to a self-contained world of luxury, peacefulness and relaxation -- a veritable counterpoint to the bustle of city life," Groves noted.

Halcyon's exceptional amenities will be elevated over Midtown Manhattan, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic city views. The facilities, exclusively for Halcyon residents, are located on the 21st and 22nd floors, and will include a 50 ft. indoor swimming pool, a health and fitness center with a Movement Studio with state-of-the-art equipment, a cedar-lined sauna, an Aqua Spa inspired by a Turkish hammam, and a spa treatment room. Residents will be able to entertain their guests in The Sky Lounge which has its own catering facilities. Designed by SLCE Architects, the glass and bronze window wall tower and limestone base of Halcyon creates a classically modern structure that blends harmoniously with the context of the neighborhood.
