Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc® Signs Milestone Distribution Agreement With Destileria Serralles, Inc

Puerto Rico's Largest Rum Distiller to Introduce Atomic Dogg and HydroPower Beverages to Thousands of Retail Locations in Caribbean Region

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - August 13, 2008) - Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc® ("the Company") (PINKSHEETS: HFBV), an emerging corporation in the high-growth functional beverage industry, today announced that the Company has signed a distribution agreement with Puerto Rico-based Destileria Serralles, Inc ("Serralles").

Serralles, Puerto Rico's largest rum distiller, is arguably most well known for its Don Q rum brand which it has manufactured for the past 76 years. In addition to its in-house brands, Serralles distributes over 80 different product lines, and has exclusive rights to produce and distribute the Captain Morgan brand in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Serralles' Don Q distribution reaches the United States, Mexico, US Virgin Islands, and Spain, among other countries. Serralles distributes many of its brands through the Seagrams Company, Ltd in the United States.

As outlined in the newly forged agreement, Serralles has agreed to provide distribution of the Company's Atomic Dogg and HydroPower beverages to the Caribbean market. Serralles is a significant distributor to Costco Stores, Sam's Club, Sweetbay Supermarkets (formerly Kash n' Karry), and other international supermarket and grocery chains. Company management estimates that this agreement will provide access to thousands of new retail locations for its unique functional beverages and additionally provide key distribution channels for new products in the future. Distribution points will include not only some of the world's largest 'big box' stores previously noted, but thousands of smaller convenient stores, gas stations, and night clubs in the burgeoning Caribbean market. As a result of this agreement, the Company anticipates an exponential increase in product sales compared to levels which existed prior to the Company's association with Serralles.
