Hallmark Health System Selects Concordant to Transform Its EHR Environment Into a Healthcare Grade EHR Infrastructure

NORTH CHELMSFORD, MA--(Marketwire - June 9, 2008) - Concordant, Inc., a leading provider of healthcare IT services, announced today it has completed one of the first healthcare grade infrastructure plans for Hallmark Health System, Inc., a premier, charitable provider of vital health services to Boston's northern communities. Hallmark's objective was to restructure its existing Help Desk and support functions in order to meet the needs of Hallmarks' 3,500 IT user base. By implementing a best practice methodology, Concordant was able to assess and develop a robust roadmap to address the current needs of the organization while focusing on the recent changes brought about by the implementation of Advanced Clinical Systems.

Instrumental in defining and validating Hallmark Health's standards for performance, Concordant is helping to create an environment for helpdesk users that will result in greater customer satisfaction, increased productivity, decreased downtime, and faster response rates.
