Hamburg Marriott Hotel Launches New Conference Rooms

HAMBURG, GERMANY--(Marketwire - Mar 15, 2013) - The Hamburg Marriott Hotel is first choice for innovative and successful conventions and meetings. After an extensive renovation, four fully air-conditioned meeting and function rooms can now be booked -- from smaller meetings of 10 to larger receptions for up to 30 persons per meeting room.

Recently completing a 160.000 Euro renovation of its more than 4,000 square feet of flexible event space the Hamburg Marriott Hotel is now prepared to host inspirational business -- or elegant social events. The newly designed rooms feature a modern carpet by "Agnella Rugs & Carpets" (Poland), stylish wallpapers by "Casamace Design" (France) as well as Nespresso Coffee machines (Switzerland) in every room for individual service. 

The new dynamic meeting rooms in Hamburg are equipped to meet the needs of a variety of events. From playful business meetings, elegant and social gatherings to professional trade conferences and seminars. "With the new conference and meeting rooms we are going in a new innovative direction in hospitality. Each of the meeting rooms has Wi-Fi and features a 65 inch, full HD, 3D flat screen which provides connectivity through VGA or HDMI. All Four air-conditioned rooms have capacity for 10 to 30 persons per room, but can also be connected. Two connecting rooms then have more than 689 square feet.

The "In Room Coffee Break" concept features coffee machines for a variety of different coffee specialties, as well as under counter refrigerators with glass exterior fronts for chilled refreshments.

Additionally coffee break snacks for meeting attendees will be set on the stylish black glass and marble counters, making a simple coffee break not only much more interesting but also interactive and refreshing. The "Jungfernstieg" room features a mobile bar counter with stools, making it an ideal space for discussion groups, but it can also transition into an additional buffet area.
