Hampton Inn Oakville/Mississauga Opens as Brand's Third Greater Toronto Area Property

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Feb. 21, 2006) - Hilton Hotels Corporation (NYSE:HLT) -

Hampton, the national brand of more than 1,300 mid-priced Hampton Inn® and Hampton Inn & Suites® hotels, has opened the 90-room Hampton Inn Oakville/Mississauga in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. The newly opened hotel marks the third Hampton property to open in the Mississauga area.

The hotel is owned and operated by Springfield Hotels, Inc. a subsidiary of Manga Hotels Inc. Mr. Dave Toor, president and C.E.O. of Manga Hotels, a privately held company, said, "The Greater Toronto Area is a growing market with demand increasing for additional mid-priced hotels to serve our city's visitors and residents. We are delighted to be opening this Hampton Inn, a high-quality property that will fill the growing needs of Mississauga."

The Hampton Inn Oakville/Mississauga is located at 2085 North Sheridan Way just off The Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW). "We're ideally situated for inbound Toronto travellers and corporations doing business in the local area," Toor continued "Access to the QEW is only minutes from our front door and you are on your way either downtown or out of the city." The hotel is located 20 minutes south of Toronto's International Airport and close to Square One, Ontario's largest indoor shopping mall. Restaurants and entertainments venues are all in the vicinity.
