The Hangover Recovery Shot Sells 10 Million Bottles of Anti-Hangover Drink to Japan

DENVER, CO--(Marketwired - Dec 16, 2013) - Hangover Joe's Holding Corporation. (OTCQB: HJOEE) -- Hangover Joes is excited to announce that they have just signed a distribution deal with Media2UCo LTD for the sale of hangover recovery shots in Japan. Over the next three years we will be distributed through up to 8600 drug and food stores and sales are expected to reach over 10 million bottles. "We are very excited about this deal," said Matthew Veal, interim CEO for Hangover Joe's. "This is the largest distribution agreement yet internationally for the company to date. This once again shows we are the leader in the functional lifestyle category in hangover recovery both in the USA & Internationally. This deal has been in the works for a while and we have now secured it and will start shipping containers to Japan in early 2014." Co-founder and Vice President of Sales Marketing Shawn Adamson said, "This is really a huge deal for the brand and the category. Japan, with Tokyo being the largest city in the world with almost double the population of NYC and being a financial center, is really an outstanding opportunity for our company and brand. We believe that this will start the launch into Asia for Hangover Joe's."

"Japan and nearby areas in Asia brought Kudzu and its flowers to the American south, which we use in our product to cool you down and help you feel better," said Hangover Joe, the Company spokesman. "We are looking to spread in Japan the same way Kudzu has spread in America, well, maybe not totally the same, but in a way that will please the Japanese people. We're real grateful to a feller named Mike Malm and a lot of other folks we can't name for working this all out." Joe added one more pearl of wisdom to everybody, saying that the Japanese drink often in business with co-workers as this is seen as being a team player. The levels of Absenteeism in Japan in the work place are very low due to the pressure to perform on the job. This is where old Hangover Joe's will fill a need in the market. We're striving to a goal of a 30% share of the Japanese market with an estimated 90 million bottles of hangover relief products sold in Japan each year due to the pressure to not miss work. The Japanese will now have the leading USA anti-hangover drink to choose from on the shelves all over Japan. Hangover Joe says, "The lottery gives you a 1 in 200 million chance you won't go to work tomorrow. Alcohol gives you 1 in 5. Take the Hangover Recovery Shot when you wake up, and then you can make it to work. We'll be helping Japan Get It & Get over it."
