Harbert Realty Services Acquires Harris Tynes Realty Group

BIRMINGHAM, AL--(Marketwired - November 26, 2013) - Harbert Realty Services, Inc. ("HRS") is pleased to announce that it has acquired Harris Tynes Realty Group ("HTRG") of Birmingham, Alabama. Harris Tynes Realty Group is a full-service commercial firm specializing in leasing, property management, brokerage and development in the retail, office and multi-family sectors.

The HTRG represents the latest acquisition for HRS, who also recently acquired ROCK Apartment Advisors. The union of HRS and HTRG will create one of the largest independent, privately owned commercial real estate firms in Alabama.
