BIRMINGHAM, AL--(Marketwired - July 16, 2015) - Harbert Realty Services, Inc. (HRS) of Birmingham closed on land located near the intersection of Highway 280 and Cahaba River Road adjacent to the new Trinity Hospital in unincorporated Jefferson County and has been engaged to develop a 20,000 square foot +/- medical office building on the site. It will add approximately 25 jobs and will be a relocation site for the current Lemak Health clinic on Montclair Road. Stay tuned for details on the groundbreaking ceremony which will be held later this year.
Lemak Health, Drayer Physical Therapy Institute and Sonos Imaging will occupy space at the facility. Additional space is available for clinics who have interest in the area.
This will be the ninth clinic in the Birmingham and surrounding area for Lemak Health. Lemak Health Chairman, Dr. Lawrence Lemak, stated, "We are excited to relocate our Montclair location and make it more convenient and accessible to our patients. In addition this new facility will allow us to offer more services and more efficient care for our patients."
Drayer Physical Therapy Institute is a well-known name around Birmingham and surrounding cities. The three companies have worked together on other projects including a medical office building in Prattville, Alabama that opened in May of this year.
