Harbourside Place of Jupiter Signs Lease Agreement With Wyndham Grand

NORTH PALM BEACH, FL--(Marketwired - September 03, 2013) - Allied Capital is pleased to announce a lease agreement between the 4-Star hotelier Wyndham Grand and Harbourside Place, Jupiter's newest luxury multi-use development scheduled to open to the public in Fall 2014. Wyndham Grand Jupiter Beach at Harbourside Place and its acclaimed seafood restaurant, Deep Blu, will set the high-end tone for Harbourside Place, influencing the choice in neighboring eateries, boutiques and stores that will soon populate the multi-use development.

The Wyndham Grand Collection is the crown jewel of the Wyndham family. With locations in key destinations around the world, each Wyndham Grand hotel offers a one-of-a-kind experience with a compelling local flavor.
