Hargray Communications Deploys Monolith Software's AssureNow™ Platform to Enhance Customer Experience and Transform Service Operations

FRISCO, TX--(Marketwired - June 02, 2015) - Monolith Software, the leading provider of next generation, unified service assurance solutions, today announced that Hargray Communications has successfully deployed the AssureNow™ solution with its partner Cyient. Hargray selected Monolith AssureNow to support its corporate goal of "envisioning and delivering customer delight" through its service portfolio which includes internet, phone, and digital TV services for residential and business customers.

AssureNow enabled Hargray to provide service assurance across their portfolio while consolidating and retiring several legacy fault and performance management tools. Cyient deployed the solution.
