Harte-Hanks and Infor Sign Agreement to Expand Relationship

Companies Strengthen Relationship That Helps Clients Uncover the Revenue Potential of Their Customers

SAN ANTONIO, TX--(Marketwire - April 23, 2009) - Harte-Hanks, Inc. (NYSE: HHS), a worldwide direct and targeted marketing company today announced that it has signed an important agreement with Infor, one of the world's largest providers of business software. The agreement is an expansion of the long-standing relationship between the two companies to deliver best-in-class database marketing campaign management programs to clients across industries.
