Harte-Hanks Announces New Release of Trillium Software 'DIAMOND DATA I-S' for Salesforce.com's AppExchange

Integration of DIAMOND DATA and Customer Connection Provides Data Cleansing, Address Verification and Sales Intelligence Solution

The DIAMOND DATA I-S solution combines the customer data enrichment technology of Customer Connection, a Harte-Hanks Trillium Software product, with its existing DIAMOND DATA offering for salesforce.com customers.

In addition, the release of DIAMOND DATA I-S will take advantage of Salesforce Winter '07 enhancements such as in-line processing, which enables users to apply cleansing and enrichment capabilities directly within the user experience allowing real time data quality feedback.

DIAMOND DATA I-S provides on-demand access to business, demographic and financial data from D&B®, Harte-Hanks Ci Technology Database, and Xignite so users can add new records or enhance existing records in their own salesforce.com implementation. DIAMOND DATA I-S is a closed-loop solution for ongoing data quality that combines the offerings of two strong AppExchange products -- DIAMOND DATA and Customer Connection.
