Harte-Hanks Announces the Closing of Its Florida Shoppers Sale


SAN ANTONIO, TX--(Marketwire - Jan 2, 2013) - Harte-Hanks, Inc. (NYSE: HHS), a worldwide direct and targeted marketing company, today announced the closing of the sale of its Florida Shoppers operations, The Flyer®, on December 31, 2012. The sale, previously announced on December 17, 2012, was to Coda Media Corp. Harte-Hanks continues to own and operate its California Shoppers, PennySaverUSA®, with 9.0 million in weekly circulation.
