Harte-Hanks Appoints Ger Schuivens Managing Director for European Services

Existing Managing Director for Customer Relationship Management Services in Europe Now to Lead Database & Marketing Services Operations in UK, Belgium, Eastern Europe

UXBRIDGE, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwire - August 27, 2007) - Harte-Hanks, Inc. (NYSE: HHS), a worldwide direct and targeted marketing company, announced the promotion of Ger Schuivens to the position of managing director for European services, where he will have responsibilities for Harte-Hanks database and marketing services operations in the Uxbridge, United Kingdom; Hasselt, Belgium; and a partner location in Iasi, Romania. Previously, Schuivens was managing director for CRM [customer relationship management] services in Hasselt.

"Ger will lead the growth of our channel management practice, and global data management and enhanced telesales solutions, as well as the potential to leverage offshore partner resources in Romania. Beyond Hasselt and Uxbridge, Harte-Hanks maintains European operations in Aldermaston and Bristol, United Kingdom (for its Trillium Software and Global Address businesses, respectively); Böblingen, Germany (Trillium Software); Les Ulis, France (its Ci Technology Database/Market Intelligence business); and Madrid, Spain (Market Intelligence). The company recently moved its Dublin, Ireland, and Stuttgart, Germany, facilities to Romania, consolidating Market Intelligence teleservices support and CRM/database services in Iasi.
