(NYSE: HHS) today reported that its board of directors has declared a cash dividend of 8.5 cents per share payable on December 28, 2012, to the holders of record of shares of common stock of the company at the close of business on December 17, 2012. This dividend is a one-time acceleration of the regular quarterly dividend the company would have ordinarily declared and paid in the first quarter of 2013; the company does not anticipate paying a dividend in the first quarter of 2013.
