Harte-Hanks Board Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend


SAN ANTONIO, TX--(Marketwired - May 7, 2013) - Harte-Hanks, Inc. (NYSE: HHS) today reported that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 8.5 cents per share payable on June 14, 2013, to the holders of record of the company's common stock at the close of business on June 3, 2013. With the payment of this dividend, Harte-Hanks resumes its practice of paying quarterly dividends (first begun in the first quarter of 1995) after having accelerated payment of its first quarter 2013 dividend to December 28, 2012.
