Harte-Hanks Is Named to Inaugural Global Outsourcing 100; Marketing Solutions Provider Is Ranked No. 26

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 21, 2006 -- Harte-Hanks, Inc. (NYSE: HHS), a worldwide direct and targeted marketing company, has achieved a number 26 ranking in an inaugural "Global Outsourcing 100" listing, compiled by The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).

The named 100 companies first were announced in February, and the actual rankings first appeared publicly in the April 3 (2006) issue in a special advertising feature in Fortune magazine. Companies were selected based on applications submitted for review by a panel of judges according to a range of factors typically reviewed by companies when evaluating potential providers: depth and breadth of services, customer references, recognitions and certifications earned, investments in people and management systems, and experience of the candidate company's top executives.
