Harte-Hanks Names Michael Dubin as Its Technology Markets Vertical Practice Leader

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 18, 2005 -- Harte-Hanks, Inc. (NYSE: HHS), a worldwide, direct and targeted marketing company, has appointed Michael Dubin to the new position of vertical practice leader, technology markets.

"As vertical practice leader, Dubin will work with our company's technology and telecommunications customers to aid them in their integrated data-driven marketing activity," said Kevin Kerner, managing director, technology markets, Harte-Hanks. "Additionally, Mike will promote awareness of high tech industry needs, challenges and solutions -- through speaking and writing -- and be an important voice of the customer for us in all areas of our direct marketing company."

Dubin joins Harte-Hanks after six years with Ogilvy One, a direct-response agency where he had diverse assignments, working on interactive and integrated accounts for IBM, Castrol Motor Oil, Motorola and AT&T Wireless. Earlier in his career, he worked as a marketing manager for King World Productions and in assignments at Chemical Bank, MemberWorks and the online marketing firm Yoyodyne -- the company eventually taken over by Yahoo! -- where he developed interactive programs for Volvo, General Motors and MasterCard.

Dubin holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science degree in communications from the Newhouse School of Syracuse University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Pennsylvania.
