Harte-Hanks Names Tony Paul Group Managing Director for Mail & Logistics Operations

Paul Leads Nationwide Operations That Foster 'Mail Moment' and Deliver Value in Integrated Marketing Environments; Accentuates Continuous Improvement in Quality and Efficiency

BALTIMORE, MD--(Marketwire - May 2, 2011) - Harte-Hanks, Inc. (NYSE: HHS) today announced that it has named Tony Paul as its new group managing director for mail and logistics in its Direct Marketing business. In this role, Paul leads nationwide operations for targeted mail, personalized mail and logistics, incorporating seven facilities and overseeing relationships with many key business partners.

One of those business partners is the U.S. Postal Service®, and Paul will attend the USPS's National Postal Forum (NPF, May 1-4, 2011 in San Diego, CA), leading the Harte-Hanks team at this event. Harte-Hanks will be exhibiting at NPF (Booth 1723).

Paul, who has 10 years of top-level operations leadership over mail and production facilities, and has served with such companies as World Color Press, Bowne & Company, R.R. Donnelley and Cenveo, will lead Harte-Hanks facilities in Baltimore, MD (where he maintains his office); Cincinnati, OH; Deerfield Beach, FL; Fullerton, CA; Jacksonville, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; and Wilkes-Barre, PA, Harte-Hanks reported. He is trained in both Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies for continuous improvement.

Paul holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in business administration, one focusing on organizational behavior and one on human resources administration and employment relations, both from Miami University (Oxford, OH).
