Leading Research Firm Aberdeen Group to Present Keynote Address on How Data Quality Impacts Financial Performance

(NYSE: HHS) and a leading enabler of Total Data Quality solutions, today confirmed the speaker lineup for the Trillium Software EMEA User Group conference, taking place on Thursday 23rd September 2010 at the Radisson Blu Portman, London. The London event is the fifth Customer User Conference conducted by Trillium Software in 2010 and will be chaired by Nigel Turner from BT Group.

An Aberdeen Group keynote: "The Data Quality Connection" will be delivered by David Hatch, senior vice president and general manager, Aberdeen Group. David will discuss his recent research, based on over 1,000 survey responses, revealing how poor data quality manifests itself within operational business processes and what visionary businesses have learned when overcoming the barriers to improving information quality.

This one day event will provide delegates with the opportunity to connect with peers, as they attend 12 individual information quality sessions and discussions. Following the keynote address, attendees will hear from experts at leading companies such as Wales & West Utilities and HSBC on how they have incorporated data quality into their information management strategies.

Additional sessions will empower business leaders with strategies that will allow them to collaborate with IT in their role as data owners and include:
