Harte-Hanks Trillium Software Announces Regional Data Governance and Enterprise Data Quality Seminar Series

Trillium Software Takes Data Quality and Data Governance Customer Success Stories to Regional Locations in Atlanta, Toronto, New York and Minneapolis

BILLERICA, MA--(Marketwire - September 1, 2009) - Trillium Software, a business of Harte-Hanks, Inc. (NYSE: HHS) and a leading enabler of Total Data Quality solutions, today announced it is conducting a regional data quality seminar series, featuring customer discussions about how data quality and data governance deeply impacted their business processes and results. Data stewards and management executives from key Trillium Software customers are scheduled to share their data management expertise and success stories with seminar attendees in Atlanta, Toronto, New York and Minneapolis.

These half-day seminars -- called Data Quality Forums -- are aimed at helping organizations understand how data governance supports, and in many cases drives, major business initiatives, while reinforcing the demand for a comprehensive data quality program that has the capacity to expand throughout the enterprise. Every Data Quality Forum will feature a Trillium Software customer from each particular region. They will engage in detailed discussions showcasing how data quality or data governance drove down business costs, improved campaign or data management results, and positively impacted many aspects of their companies. Business and technical professionals responsible for master data management (MDM), customer relationship management (CRM), customer data integration (CDI), data warehousing, or data governance and risk compliance (GRC) are invited to attend these events.

"With these seminars, we're bringing our customers' data quality expertise and knowledge directly to organizations in four regional markets, so you do not have to come to us, we come to you," said John Nicoli, managing director of Trillium Software. "Companies can learn from organizations that have realized true, measurable value from their enterprise-wide data quality and data governance initiatives. This type of real-life experience, directly from the mouths of our customers, is invaluable information for any business or IT professional concerned about harnessing value from the unstoppable growth of business data throughout their organization."

Data Quality Forums will be held in the following cities:

-- Atlanta, Georgia - Wednesday, September 23, 2009
-- New York, NY - Thursday, October 8, 2009
-- Toronto, Canada - Wednesday, October 14, 2009
-- Minneapolis, MN - Tuesday, October 27, 2009
