Hat Trick Beverage Sells CPN KIDZ Entertainment and Halogen Records to Central Park North Records

And Will Realize a Result to the Bottom Line!

ENCINITAS, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 7, 2006 -- Hat Trick Beverage (OTC: HKBV) has secured the conditional sale of two of its subsidiaries Halogen Records and CPN KIDZ to Central Park North Records (A Private Company) for cash and stock.

"We feel that this is a WIN-WIN deal for both us and Central Park North Records, as both companies are in the startup growth stage and needed more attention than Hat Trick was able to supply at this time. With the aggressive growth plan and substantial growth of our Beverage Division, we felt that we weren't able to meet the needs of Halogen Records and CPN KIDZ Entertainment, and Central Park North Recordings, with its many years experience in the entertainment, and new release of Martian Colony, is able to support the labels in ways that we felt we couldn't," states Larry Twombly, President and CEO of Hat Trick Beverage.

According to reports, Hat Trick Beverage will maintain a portion of the net profits of both of the companies sold and will see a profit from this sale, just 6 months after they acquired it.

"We were able to negotiate a great deal for our company and shareholders and we feel that this will be a great year and an exciting one at that. Central Park North Recording is an Entertainment company with its current Hip-Hop Group Martian Colony who is making noise on the A/C Radio Charts as their most recent position was #65 on the Hot 100 chart and with other Entertainment and music acquisitions in negotiation. Central Park North Records will be able to spend the much needed time with the growth process that is involved in Entertainment business. We are working with Central Park North on some cross promotions projects and will announce additional details in the coming weeks," states Larry Twombly.

Complete terms of the deal will not be disclosed.
