Hathaway Global (HWYI) Signs Agreement With Knowledge Market to Seek Out Acquisition Targets

Hathaway's Goal Is to Acquire and Spin Off at Least Two More Companies This Year

ST. PETERSBURG, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 28, 2007 -- Hathaway Corporation (PINKSHEETS: HWYI), a business development company that focuses on the development of companies in the communications, telecommunications software and medical devices industries, announced today that the company has signed an agreement with Knowledge Market, a Silicon Valley Company that locates and evaluates non-commercialized intellectual property (IP) with a view towards meeting specific market needs. Knowledge Market was instrumental in bringing DDI (Diabetes Detection Inc.) to Hathaway and continues to assist in the further development of DDI.
