Hathor to Present at Exploration 2007

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Aug. 28, 2007) - Hathor Exploration Limited (TSX VENTURE:HAT) is pleased to announce that its exploration team has been invited to make two presentations related to the use of advanced technology in uranium exploration at the upcoming Exploration 07 conference in Toronto, Canada, September 9 to 12, 2007.

Exploration 07 is the fifth in a series of once-a-decade meetings organized by the Canadian mineral exploration community to review major advances in exploration technology. This conference presents state of the art exploration technology, with a focus on the integration of geophysics, geochemistry, remote sensing, data processing and the application of these disciplines to the discovery of ore deposits.

In particular, Hathor's exploration team will showcase the emerging value of 3D visualization in mineral exploration through a presentation in the 3D Theatre titled: "3D Seismic and Advanced GOCAD Modelling at Midwest NE, Saskatchewan: Building Detailed 3D Models to Delineate New Drill Targets for Unconformity-type Uranium Deposits".

In addition, Hathor will participate in another presentation titled: "Recent Developments in 2D and 3D Seismic Imaging of High-grade Uranium Ore Deposit Related Environments in the Athabasca Basin, Canada".

Hathor's presentations will be two of only five that relate to uranium exploration. The other presentations include two by Cameco Corporation titled: "Brownfield Exploration Successes at Cameco's Mine Sites in the Athabasca Basin" and "Advances in Geophysical Exploration for Uranium Deposits in the Athabasca Basin, Canada" and one by the Geological Survey of Canada titled: "Empirical Models for Unconformity Uranium Deposits".

The use of high-technology in data acquisition and building 3D geological models appears to be a very efficient and effective tool for characterizing the geometry of unconformity-style uranium ore deposits and for determining the complex processes that produced the mineralization. Complex spatial and geological relationships between geological structures, geochemical data, alteration data, and geophysical data can be studied in detail allowing for identification of new drill targets.

Hathor prides itself in being a well-financed, aggressive junior explorer at the forefront in the use of applied science and advanced exploration technologies in the search for uranium in the Athabasca Basin region of mining-friendly Saskatchewan and Alberta; the world's premier region for high-grade uranium deposits.
