The website has previously been ranked the top travel website for customers' online experience according to eDigital-Research's eTravel Benchmark survey. 51 UK travel websites were surveyed across sectors including airlines, hotel agents and online tour operators, and Haven's strong performance across the board put them at the top. Users particularly rated the interactive search features on the website.
