HMSA will implement Pega Product Composer System (PCS) to gain new product innovation and efficiencies for its members. The solution will proactively guide product development activity providing benefit-based components that intelligently structure all product elements and language, driving speed, transparency and inventiveness in product creation. Product information will be provided in language best suited for accurate and supportive inquiry resolution and heightened customer satisfaction.
