Hawker Pacific Announces SEACOR Strategic Investment

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA--(Marketwire - October 20, 2010) -  Hawker Pacific Airservices Limited ("Hawker Pacific") today announced plans to enter into a strategic investment agreement with a wholly owned subsidiary of SEACOR Holdings Inc. ("SEACOR") (NYSE: CKH). Under the terms of the letter of intent, SEACOR will acquire approximately 33% of Hawker Pacific's common equity.
