Modern Healthcare Magazine Identifies Fastest-Growing Firms in $2.7 Trillion Healthcare Industry

INDIANAPOLIS, IN--(Marketwire - Aug 22, 2012) - Health Systems International recently received Modern Healthcare's "Healthcare's Hottest" Award. The program honors 40 fast-growing US-based healthcare companies that posted at least $20 million in revenue in 2011 and have been in business for five years or more.

Health Systems International combines decades of reimbursement data, pre-contracted provider arrangements and the market's widest array of medical cost management (MCM) solutions with the right blend of technology, services, ingenuity and expertise to save payers money on in-network and out-of-network healthcare billings.

"With healthcare expenses constantly rising and dramatic changes to health coverage and reimbursement systems underway, payers need fast and efficient access to solutions, tools and expertise," said Health Systems International President, Anthony Browne. "Health Systems International helps payers adapt to the changing environment, take advantage of available cost savings and better manage their medical costs."

Founded in 1987, Health Systems International has grown organically, and by acquiring companies that deliver access to markets, clients, technology, databases and other tools and opportunities for savings. With over 160 employees serving more than 400 clients, Health Systems International posted revenue of $42.1 million.
