Mr. Sheils' team developed Aetna's pioneering online Personal Health Record, which is poised to revolutionize the way consumers interact with the U.S. healthcare system. Prior to that, Mr. Sheils was President, CEO and Director of Medscape, which under his tenure, grew into one of the Internet's most well-known healthcare web sites. During the 1990s, Mr. Sheils served as Vice President of Dow Jones Interactive Publishing, where he was responsible for all of Dow Jones' corporate and consumer online businesses, including Dow Jones Interactive, now Factiva, the award-winning online business intelligence and research service.
