Healthscreen Retains Renmark Communications Inc.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 6, 2009) - Healthscreen Solutions Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MDU) is pleased to announce that it has retained the services of Renmark Financial Communications Inc. to handle its investor relations activities.

In consideration of the services to be provided, Healthscreen Solutions Inc. has agreed to pay a monthly retainer of $4,500 on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate the services on 30 days notice.
