Healthscreen Signs First Pharmaceutical Partnership Agreement

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 14, 2010) - Healthscreen Solutions Inc. ("Healthscreen") (TSX VENTURE:MDU), Canada's premier provider of physician practice enhancement services and electronic medical record ("EMR") software, is pleased to announce its first pharmaceutical partnership with sanofi-aventis Canada Inc. Sanofi-aventis is a leader in Canada's pharmaceutical/biotech industry focusing on research and development as well as cardiology, thrombosis, oncology, metabolic disorders, central nervous system, internal medicine and vaccines. The partnership will assist Healthscreen in expanding its Chronic Condition Management ("CCM") offering while providing sanofi-aventis with a range of important clinical measurements to assist in research activities.
