Healthscreen's CallerMD Introduced to 12,000 OMA Physicians

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Aug. 10, 2007) - Healthscreen Solutions Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MDU) ("Healthscreen" or the "Company") is pleased to announce two marketing agreements with the Ontario Medical Association's ("OMA") General and Family Practice and Pediatric Sections ("the Sections") who will introduce the Company's robust CallerMD service to their combined list of 12,000 member physicians across the province.

Founded in 1880, the OMA represents Ontario's doctors governed by a council composed of over 250 delegates, representing 78 territorial divisions or branch societies. The OMA Sections of General and Family Practice and Pediatrics have sent correspondence to their members providing a detailed description of the benefits of CallerMD, a service that enables physicians to effortlessly bill for medical services not covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan.

Existing users have seen their income grow by an average of $15,000 to $20,000 a year while reducing administrative workload by up to 30 minutes a day. Healthscreen is paid approximately 20% of recovered revenues from each doctor for the service.

"We are proud to be affiliated with two of the most influential Sections of the OMA and have received tremendous support in educating their members on the advantages of CallerMD," said Justin Belobaba, Healthscreen's President and CEO. "These partnerships demonstrate a mutual commitment to advancing practice management and healthcare systems in the province of Ontario."

Dr. Hirotaka Yamashiro, Chair of the OMA Section on Pediatrics, commented, "We believe that all community pediatricians will benefit from the CallerMD service and the Executive of the Section on Pediatrics is encouraging its members to learn more by setting up a meeting with the Company. Pediatricians already using the service say that it has been very positively received."

Under the terms of the three year agreement, Healthscreen will cover associated labour costs and a nominal fee for all meetings that take place between the OMA General and Family Practice and Pediatric Section members and Healthscreen representatives, as well as certain other fees.

Healthscreen intends to build additional strategic alliances that will further educate the nation's medical community on opportunities that exist to streamline practice management procedures, gain easier access to government incentives and improve patient care.
