National Committee on Quality Assurance Grants Patient Centered Medical Home Designation

NASHVILLE, TN--(Marketwire - February 8, 2011) - LivingWell Health Centers by HealthSpring have received the National Committee on Quality Assurance's (NCQA) Patient Centered Medical Home recognition.
