Two features of the Care Management Solution -- Healthwise® Coach, a health education desktop, and Healthwise® Communicate, a secure member message center -- provide Quantum Health's care coordinators with a single system to prescribe consistent health education to members. In addition, they can prescribe 168 shared-decision aids to help members make preference-sensitive care decisions in partnership with their doctor and care team.
