HealthyBehaviors.com Engages Marc Sorenson as Content Provider

Dr. Marc Sorenson Joins the Staff of HealthyBehaviors.com; The Company Says That He Will Provide His Unique Brand of Expert Content in Support of Health and Fitness for Website Members

ST. GEORGE, UT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 22, 2006 -- HealthyBehaviors.com (www.HealthyBehaviors.com) made another in a series of announcements today concerning expert contributors they have lined up for their soon-to-be-launched interactive website. Nationally-known nutrition, health, and fitness authority Marc Sorenson, Ed.D., will produce health- and fitness-related measurement criteria and written articles on an ongoing basis for HealthyBehaviors.com.

"We are very proud to be associated with Dr. Sorenson," said Ellen Wood Jones, Vice President of HealthyBehaviors.com, Inc. "His approaches to improving health and fitness are somewhat unique -- and at times even controversial -- but it is all well grounded in science and research. We believe our members will be well served by exposure to his material."

Sorenson's book "Megahealth" was a selection of the Literary Guild, Doubleday Book Club and Doubleday Health Book Club. It was Book of the Month for the Doubleday Health Book Club. He also self-published two other books, and is currently finishing a book on the health benefits of sunlight.

"The basis of all science is measurement," stated Dr. Sorenson. "For this reason I wholly endorse the methods used by HealthyBehaviors.com to help their members achieve vibrant health and fitness. Their system of tracking critical behaviors -- that contribute to healthful goals and results -- is unique to their company and meshes perfectly with my approach to helping people make meaningful lifestyle changes. These changes will reduce suffering and lead to better productivity, better relationships, and happier lives."

Among his many personal fitness accomplishments are winning State Open Weightlifting Championship in Utah, winning the World Senior Games Racquetball Championship, and finishing a marathon. He once pedaled a bicycle from Phoenix, AZ to Fairbanks, AK (4000 miles); and twice he bicycled from the beach in Maui, HI to the top of Mt. Haleakala -- a distance of 38 miles and a climb of 10,000 feet in elevation.

"To say that Marc has a personal commitment to health and fitness is an extreme understatement," remarked Jones.

A flag was flown over the U.S. Senate in honor of Sorenson's contributions to the health and fitness of the citizens of the country. He has also appeared on more than one hundred radio and TV programs, including six appearances on "Body by Jake." He conducted his own radio show for one year.

Dr. Sorenson and his wife, Vicki, founded one of the top health resorts in the world. During their ownership of their health institute, National Institute of Fitness, (NIF) their clients lost 110 tons of weight. Two thirds of their diabetic guests were free of all medication in less than two weeks. Many others recovered from high blood pressure, high cholesterol, lupus, arthritis, migraines and allergies. The NIF program was developed to help people with health and weight issues, as well as to provide inspiration and education for the fit and healthy.

When the Sorensons are not lecturing or traveling, they spend time at their residences in St. George, UT, Cabo San Lucas, and their Nevada ranch.
